Questions about renting a website.
Straight answers on leads, pricing, terms, ownership and AI.
What does it mean to rent a website?
We own the domain and build a full local website for your trade and city: content, photos, reviews, calls to action and lead forms. You rent it monthly. Every call and form on that site goes to your business only.
Are the leads shared with other companies?
No. One business per site, one trade per city. The site carries your name, your phone number and your reviews, and nobody else gets those leads.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. No one can guarantee rankings, and algorithms change. We build each site the way we build our own: real local content, clean technical SEO and a fast mobile experience. Then we show you the calls and forms it actually produces.
What does it cost?
There are three plans. Spark is $297 a month for lower-ticket trades. Pro is $497 a month for standard trades. Prime starts at $997 a month for high-ticket work like roofing, remodeling and accounting. Setup is $0 on a 12-month agreement, and paying the year up front gets you 2 months free.
How long is the agreement?
Every rental is a 12-month agreement. That gives the site time to build momentum in search and gives you a full year of leads that belong only to you.
What is the difference between Spark, Pro and Prime?
Spark covers the essentials: your exclusive ranked site, your name and phone, call and form leads, hosting and a monthly lead report. Pro adds more service and city pages, fresh content every month, a Google Business Profile tune-up and an AI-agent-ready booking link. Prime adds weekly AI-agent work, priority pages and a quarterly strategy call.
Can I own the site someday?
Yes. Our subscribe-to-own option means you may be able to buy your site later, once it is ranking and working for you. Ask about buying your site and we will walk you through it.
What does AI-ready mean here?
AI assistants like Google's AI Mode and ChatGPT mostly find and book local businesses through Google Business Profile, booking platforms and clean structured data. We set those up with your site, and we build each site for the open agent standards as they arrive.
Which sites are open right now?
Our first pilot sites, bestcpacolorado.com and bestdenveraccountant.com, are available now for accounting firms, along with open Denver metro sites for fencing, decks, roofing, moving and home services. If your trade or city is not listed, ask and we will check our portfolio.
Can I rent a site for real estate?
Real estate works differently. In Colorado, advertising has to show your brokerage name, and fees tied to a closing need a license. We only offer real estate sites on a flat monthly advertising basis, and your brokerage name appears on every page.
I own domains. Can I put them on SaleGopher?
Soon. Join the domain owner waitlist. We will only take names with real local search demand, build them out properly, and share the monthly rent with you.
