Your idle domains can pay rent.
Put local keyword domains to work for real businesses.
How it will work
Parking income is gone. Rent is not.
Submit your names
Send local service domains, like a city plus a trade. You keep ownership the whole time.
We build and rent
Names with real local demand get a full site and one paying business that moves in.
You share the rent
You receive a share of every month's rent, with a clear dashboard of leads and payouts.
Who it is for
Domain investors and businesses holding local, service-intent names that sit unused. We are opening to outside owners after our launch proves the model on our own portfolio of hundreds of keyword domains first.
What we will not take
- Names with no local search demand
- Trademarked or misleading names
- Names meant for thin pages or redirect funnels
- Legal and attorney lead names
No cost to ask
